Earning Points

Every time you scan your BagYourRewards card and shop with reusable bags at participating retailers, you will earn Reward Points:

• Every $1 spent when you use reusable bags will be converted into 1 Reward Point
• Your account will be updated daily to reflect any new Reward Points earned

In order to provide additional incentive for participants to consistently use reusable bags, 50% bonus Reward Points will be offered for trips in consecutive weeks where reusable bags were used. For example, if a BagYourRewards participant uses reusable bags at a participating retailer and also used reusable bags at the same retailer in the prior week, that consumer will receive 1.5 Reward Points for every $1 spent on the second trip. BagYourRewards will also periodically offer other ways in which participants can maximize the value they are receiving through the program through special offers.

The BagYourRewards program rewards participants for consistently using reusable bags, because the more frequently we all use reusable bags the bigger impact we have on the environment, resource conservation and in making our society more sustainable.
